Celebrating Kirsten Dunst again!
A light was brought into the world on 4/30/1982!
The great American actor Kirsten Dunst recently turned 43 years old, and I think that she is not only one of the most beautiful people ever to become famous, but also one of the most talented actors across something like 100 years of the history of cinema, so I never fail to take advantage of excuses to celebrate her!
Dunst is an incredibly charming and lovely woman with what seems to me to be a very bounteously kind heart, and she’s so fucking gorgeous that I’ve had a crush on her for many, many years – I have found her lovely since at least 1999, but I first identified that I was fond of her in 1994, when we were both children! She is a bright and radiant light and has delivered many spectacularly good performances, but in particular, I would single out her work in the very widely beloved movie Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind as truly exceptional – I happen to believe that she deserved to win that year’s Best Supporting Actress Oscar, and I don’t know how it could ever possibly have been the case that she wasn’t even nominated for it and didn’t even win very many critics’ awards for her work!
That performance is fucking tremendous, if you ask me, and she is so reliably good in every role she takes, whether the movie is good or not, that I think she’s a real treasure, worthy of being cherished! I think the world is a concretely better place because she exists than it would be if it were exactly the same as it is now except that she didn’t! I adore her! 💙🩵💙 🌷 ✨
